We charge a flat fee of $5,895 for a sale price up to 1M. If the property is over 1M, there is an additional risk management fee of $100 per $100,000 over 1M.
Sellers typically pay up 2.5%-3% of the sale price as buyer agent commission. You can get the remaining commission as cash back. If you don't close on a property, our fee is 0.
Example: Say the sale price is 1,890,000 and buyer agent commission is 2.5%
Commission Received: 47,250
Our Commission: 5,895 + 900 Risk Management Fee
Cash back to the Buyer: 40,455
Private Showings: Our pricing includes up to 5 private property visits. Combined with open houses, this is enough for a vast majority of our buyers. More private showings would reduce your cashback (at most by a few hundred dollars).
Cash back mode: You can apply the cash back towards closing costs, offer it back to the seller to make your offer stand out, or, simple get a check after the closing.
